  Invalid UserId/EmailId or Password   

  • Make sure you are using correct UserId/EmailId or Password.

  How to reset the password?  

  • User can reset the password through "Forgot Password" option available on login page.

    Steps to reset password:

    1. Enter registered user id or email address & captcha text.
    2. Click on "Submit" button.
    3. An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent on registered mobile number.
    4. Enter the OTP in the textbox.
    5. Click on "Submit OTP" button.
    6. After successfull verification on entering the OTP, reset password module will be displayed on the screen.
    7. Reset your password as per the password guidelines.
    8. After resetting the password, enter login id and new password in “Login Page” to access your account.

  Specified URL not found  

    1. Make sure you are entering the notice text in the same language (i.e. English/Hindi) as you have choosen from above language option in e-Notices Homepage.
      For eg. Notices in Hindi text can be submitted only through Hindi module of e-Notices & vice versa.
    2. Make sure you are not using any special character/symbol (i.e. ',~) in notice text.
